How is infusion therapy performed?
After an initial evaluation with our board certified anesthesiologist - Michael Bespaly, MD - to see if you are a candidate, an IV will be placed and the infusion therapy begins, sessions are usually ~ one hour. Patients are awake, alert, and monitored throughout the infusion, but will need a ride home. IV Ketamine infusion therapy may be the right option for you. Contact our office if you are suffering from chronic pain not improving with traditional medications or other treatment modalities, or if you have any of the other conditions listed.
